Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 10 January 2025
1. Course Enrollment
Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a deposit as specified.
2. Payments
Course fees must be paid in full before the start date unless agreed upon in writing.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, credit/debit cards, or online payment gateways.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 14 working days before the course start date.
A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made 7–13 working days prior to the start date.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 working days before the course or for no-shows.
4. Course Modifications
The provider reserves the right to reschedule or cancel courses due to unforeseen circumstances.
Participants will be offered alternative dates only in such cases.
5. Certification
Certificates will be issued only to participants who complete the course and meet all assessment criteria.
6. Intellectual Property
Training materials are for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized sharing is prohibited.
7. Liability
The provider is not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by reliance on course materials or technical disruptions.
8. Privacy Policy
