Service Description

Key Learning Objectives 1. Understand ISO 9001:2015 Gain in-depth knowledge of the ISO 9001:2015 standard, including its structure, key clauses, and principles such as customer focus, leadership, and continual improvement. Understand how the standard aligns QMS with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. 2. Role of a Lead Auditor Understand the responsibilities of a Lead Auditor in planning, conducting, and managing audits. Learn to lead an audit team while maintaining impartiality and confidentiality. 3. Audit Process Management Learn how to plan, organize, and manage audits, define audit scope, and establish objectives in line with ISO 9001:2015. Develop skills to coordinate resources, manage logistics, and ensure effective audits. 4. Audit Techniques Master audit techniques such as document reviews, interviews, and observations to assess QMS compliance. Evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions and process performance. 5. Conducting Audits Lead audit teams, conduct opening and closing meetings, and engage auditees constructively. Identify nonconformities and document findings during audits. 6. Reporting Findings Learn how to document and report audit findings clearly, classify findings (nonconformities, observations), and recommend corrective actions. 7. Managing Corrective Actions Evaluate root causes of nonconformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively. Follow up to ensure corrective actions lead to sustained improvements. 8. Leadership and Team Management Lead audit teams effectively, provide guidance, and maintain a collaborative environment. Develop decision-making and communication skills for smooth audit processes. 9. Audit Preparation and Documentation Master the preparation of audit plans, schedules, checklists, and reports. Ensure proper documentation to maintain transparency and consistency throughout the audit process. 10. Ethics and Professionalism Understand ethical standards required of auditors, including maintaining objectivity and confidentiality. Promote professionalism in conducting audits. 11. Compliance with Legal and Regulatory Requirements Learn to assess legal, regulatory, and customer-specific compliance during audits. 12. Continual Improvement Contribute to continuous improvement of both the QMS and the audit process by identifying opportunities for enhancement.


Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 10 January 2025 1. Course Enrollment Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a deposit as specified. 2. Payments Course fees must be paid in full before the start date unless agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, credit/debit cards, or online payment gateways. 3. Cancellations and Refunds Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 14 working days before the course start date. A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made 7–13 working days prior to the start date. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 working days before the course or for no-shows. 4. Course Modifications The provider reserves the right to reschedule or cancel courses due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be offered alternative dates only in such cases. 5. Certification Certificates will be issued only to participants who complete the course and meet all assessment criteria. 6. Intellectual Property Training materials are for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized sharing is prohibited. 7. Liability The provider is not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by reliance on course materials or technical disruptions. 8. Privacy Policy Personal data collected during registration will only be used for course administration and legal or operational requirements.
